BUYING ONLINE FROM SONG & DANCE

Follow this simple process to buy on-line with confidence from us

We describe all our products in a way that you will recognise, with a product code, description, trade names, authors (for publications) and specifications.

All our product prices include free one-way delivery for UK customers, and include VAT at the appropriate rate.

1. Select your products from our on-line shop, starting from the groups under On-Line Shop. Or use our product search facility.
2. Select any options for yoyur chosen product, such as sizes, styles and colours from the srop down boxes (these are under the main pictures to the right).
3. Add your selected products to your shopping cart.
4. You can view your shopping cart at any time. In the cart you can change the quantity and options.
5. Proceed to our checkout where you will be asked for your payment details.
6. Select your delivery options.
7. We will process your credit / debit card on receipt of your order.
8. Your order will be dispatched to you, normally within 48 hours.

Please note that our sheet music section uses a totally separate shopping cart and payment process.

Note that all prices include VAT where appropriate. Prices for non-VAT items such as books and children's clothing do not include VAT.

If we are out of stock, or we are having difficulty obtaining a product you have ordered we will contact you.

If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT. Please call us to order by phone at non-VAT prices.
