Darning Thread
Darning thread for pointe shoes in ballet pink. Each ball of thread is wound with approximatley 155 metres of ballet pink thread. This pink thread is the perfect thickness to thread through a darning needle. Use as a single thread or for more durability a double thickness may be used. The thread is an excellent colour match to most european pointe shoes. Soft pointe shoes and soft blocks can also be darned to prolong the life of the shoes.

Darning is a traditional method used to darn the tops of pointe shoes to help prolong the life of the shoe and provide more grip to the dance floor.
