Prices
Our prices are constantly being reviewed but this should not affect your order. The price the customer will pay for an item will be as shown for that item at the time the order was placed. Please note that all prices shown on the site are in British Pounds Sterling.
Tax Charges (VAT)
All the prices shown in our store include VAT. If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT, please call us to order by phone.
Returning an unwanted item
Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. You may return items to us for exchange, replacement, or refund (not including sale items, made to measure items nor underwear for hygiene reasons) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE, providing the item remains in all original packaging with all original labels attached and has not be worn, washed, soiled or damaged in anyway and the appropriate receipt is tendered. You will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
Returning a faulty item
If you return an item because it was faulty when delivered, the item must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS. We will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.
The item may be exchanged for a replacement item, or a full refund.
Returns Procedure
Simply contact us on 01282 865934 for returns authorisation.
Unwanted item: Postage & packaging is non-refundable and return shipping is at purchaser’s expense. (Return shipping includes reshipment of the new item as well as returning the item to us)
Faulty or defective items: If you return an item because it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us.
Please note that we reserve the right to have faulty items independently inspected if we believe that the product may have been tampered with or has suffered unreasonable abuse.

Postage for UK customers
First Class – £6.00
Second Class – £5.50
Other Courier up to 3 days – £3.50
International Postage
Airmail Europe – £10.50
Rest of the World – £15.00
International customers
If the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.
Security
All credit card numbers are processed within PayPal, we do not see your credit card number.
We will charge your account for payment at the time the order is received. Products are dispatched after we have cleared the payment.
